The start point of the camino Ingles fro

Just a day walking in A Coruna before travelling to Ferrol tomorrow to start the walk from Ferrol to Santiago.
Leaving A Coruna

Normally there are no signs/ arrows in a town: this town has lots.
Pontedeume

Staying at the albergue next to the river estuary, now frills here. All the private accommodation is fully booked due to the high number of pilgrims. Two wet but enjoyable days walking.
Mino

Nice short walk today and a very good albergue that I have stayed at before.
Chatanda

Middle of nowhere going between Mino and Bezantos. Pilgrims at rest eating plums and rehydration.
Betanzos albergue

Just arrived at Betanzos albergue. Waiting for access to the building.
Presedo

Lunch for pilgrims
Cos

Hospital de Bruma not

All the beds at the albergue taken so we are at a roadside hotel 2km from the camino. Can't order dinner at this hotel because everything is done by QR code on your phone and we older people refuse toLeia mais
14 km to Santiago

Last stage, through the enchanted forest to the outskirts of Santiago.
Santiago de compostela

Got here.
Salvation, again

My soul is saved again as I have just attended a Catholic Mass specifically for the blessing of pilgrims. The swinging incense burner is so large it requires 6 men to control its swinging.
