75 | Picton to Otaki

🇬🇧 Under clear blue skies we set out on the ferry to Wellington today, finally leaving our South Island adventures behind. But not before having a final stroll through Picton and relaxing near the harbour.

Once we arrived in Wellington we had no desire to spend another Saturday night in the city, so we drove another hour to a small town called Otaki where we stayed the night in an Airbnb.

🇩🇪 Unter strahlend blauem Himmel setzten wir heute mit der Fähre nach Wellington über und ließen unsere Abenteuer auf der Südinsel endgültig hinter uns. Doch zuvor hatten wir noch einen letzten Spaziergang durch Picton gemacht und uns am Hafen entspannt.

In Wellington angekommen, hatten wir keine Lust, noch eine Samstagnacht in der Stadt zu verbringen, also fuhren wir noch eine Stunde weiter in die kleine Stadt Otaki, wo wir in einem Airbnb übernachteten.もっと詳しく
