We drove to Hallstatt, Austria in the morning. It’s an alpine lakeside village of 859 residents with an average of 3500 visitors per day 😱 luckily due to the weather and time of year, plus us arriving earlier than most public transport we were able to explore much of the town before it got crowded.

Then we hike a bit around Gosausee. A glacier lake that is gorgeous, but between snow and needing to get back to Salzburg for a reservation we had to cut the hike short.

In Salzburg we ate a traditional meal of Austrian meatballs with mashed potatoes, followed by a hike up to the castle. Overall a beautiful but busy day.Okumaya devam et
