Queenstown to Lake Tepako

Left Queenstown and worked our way to Tepako taking in Lake Pukaki on the way before arriving at hostel. Then scenic flight in the late afternoon which was pretty stunning and out of this world. IЧитать далее

Christchurch Day 1 City Exploration

Wandered around the city for the main sites. The temporary cathedral, Cathedral Square, Quake City, Victoria Square and Christchurch Art Gallery. Then headed back round more interesting buildings.Читать далее

Mega travel day to Hobart, Australia

Up at the crack of dawn to leave Christchurch and New Zealand to Melbourne. Then a gap before a v short flight to Hobart. Jamie picked me up and then a run to explore a new place.
Mount Wellington

Headed to Mount Wellington and went for a hike to a viewpoint before driving up to the top. Then headed to Cascade brewery for lunch.
MONA visit

Headed to the MONA museum in North Hobart on the ferry. Then experienced awesome art, food, and wine in gorgeous grounds. Back to the centre and some shopping and wandering around the city centre.

Had a wander round Salamanca market, the streets around the harbour, Tasmania Art Gallery and then a quick beer at Hobart Brewing.
Lazy/Not Sunday

Long run Sunday to Kingston beach and beyond. Some time on the beach and a lovely fishy dinner.
Wildlife sanctuary and winery lunch

Headed to Bonorong wildlife sanctuary to see a plethora of tasmanian animals including many kangaroos. Then headed to Puddleduck winery for a final meal together.
Brisbane day 1

Had a chilled morning before meeting Claire for lunch. Having a wander around the local area. Then went for a run along to water front from near flat to the Southbank.
Brisbane day 2

Headed out for coffee at the gasworks. Then over to the southbank for QAGOMA and some chilling with beer and ice cream. Met Claire and Mohammed for dinner, boats and beers.
Moreton Island day trip

Headed to Moreton Island on a day trip and basically took in the lovely beach and had a chill. Rounded off by a lovely evening with Claire and Mohammed.
Arrival in Singapore

Early start and minimal sleep then flight from Brisbane to Singapore. Gross weather which soaked me through but had a good wander and some delish street food.
Singapore Day 1

First day exploring Chinatown and then gardens by the Bay. Had a Singapore Sling in the Raffles Hotel where it was invented, followed by some amazing Turkish food for dinner.
Singapore Day 2

Very sweaty run around the city, through Fort Canning Park and then along the Bay. Took in the mosque and colourful Haji Lane. Afternoon of wander along Clark and Boat Quay and then the waterfront.
