Day 5 Montjuic and the 37th Americas Cup

We were up bright and early to make best use of our HOHO tickets and to save our feet. We were going to the Montjuic area which was quite a hike from our apartment. We got off at the Plaja de Espanya and took in the views of the National Museum of Art. Had a quick coffee before walking up to the castle via several gardens and viewpoints.
Saw a guy getting nicked!
Our next challenge was to find the Transbodaro ( a vintage cable car over the harbour) again to save our poor feet.
Finally and amazingly, we walked into the penultimate of our British Yacht racing teams attempts for the Americas Cup.
It was quite a tense watch, but Britania ruled the waves.
We saw the Victor's returning to their base to the horns of all the boats and saw the yacht being lifted out.
We popped into the Cathedral on our way back to the apartment.
