A drive through the Moors.

Today we took a drive through the moors with Pete and Sylv. First we stopped at Thornton-Le-dale, and had a walk around, finding the Bangers and Cash ( a car auction show in the UK) show room. Back in the car and off to Pickering for Lunch, after lunch and a walk it was then off to drive though Hutton-Le-hole and down to Hemsley, to stop for a drink and a ice cream. On the way back to bull we took a return to look at the Rievaulx Abbey, then back through Hemsley, Stonegrave, Hovingham, Malton, Wetwang, Middleton-on-the-wolds and back to Cottingham.
That night we had a Barbecue with our family, there was Pete and Sylv, their daughters Vicky and Becky, Vicky’s Husband Nicky, their kids, Liam, Ellie, Abbie and Lexi, and Becky’s daughter Evie. Also Liam’s girlfriend Lily and Ellie’s boyfriend Bailey. The only people I didn’t meet were Becky’s partner Danny and her son Ben, as they were both away.
