We will be up early tomorrow for a
ferry to Gallipolli, will be a moving

an Archectural Marvel
and the Topkapi Palace

Passed the old Olympic Stadium
When we got there it didnt allow us to see it properly before it closed for the day

Up early lining up for tickets to the Acropolis and Parthenon

Big crowds with the same idea

Tomorrow Santorini
Yikes about the crowds. How long did you wait in the line to buy tickets and again to get up to the Parthenon? But it's worth it. Bet you are getting much use out of that pool. On to Santorini tomorrow. Cheers. 😎 [Holly]
In 1980 when we were first in Athens it was 44 C. I got up to the Acropolis and immediately had to leave. I had lost my sunglasses and it was too difficult to see - too much glare - could not keep my eyes open. It was summer with no crowds at all. Went back a couple of years ago so did not miss out. Love the history. The museum was worth a look too. [Holly]
