We are heading off leaving at 3 pn
for Crete

The first thing I thought when I saw this photo was 'that's a very wide plane.' Then I realised it was a ferry. LOL. My second thought was - there is no way Tim would fit into those seats. Did they have any with extra leg room?

First we stopped Rethimo
Where many Austalians served
and fought and died

Awoke had breaky lovely
Had my ear syringed Ahhh
Thank God and Doc Alex What relief ,
down to umbrellas
Lovely swim and lunch

Up for a nice Breaky at Cyano Hotel
Then onto Paralia beach and Souda for a swim
Then back to Pakias for another swim and and under the Brollys
Nice feed of Pig and Gweek Salad

on to Rome.

Had a Sanga and Gelati
Off to the Vatican Museum and
Sistine Chappell tomorrow

The City very clean place
compared to Roma
Walked to tbe Museum Del
Castello, Castle of San Giorgio
Amazing veiws and History

Check out the marbled mountains. Carrara marble. Michaelangelo got his marble from there. I'd like it in my kitchen. 🤗

We stayed in a hotel near the train station. Enjoyed our walk down to the marina area.
