Day 61 - Bremer Bay

Woke up to a beautiful sunny day, no wind, finally. Put the awning out again so it can dry out and headed to Short Beach to teach some fish a lesson.

Success, Wayne caught 2 really big Salmon, biggest he has caught yet, of course he released them back to the ocean. Such a lovely day, the sun makes so much difference.

Our neighbours told us about a Roadhouse that does a roast on Sundays, so that is where we headed for Lunch, was a huge meal - so no dinner for us tonight.

Went Whale watching for a few hours, saw heaps leaping and playing off shore, then walked out to Sparkling Island Lookout - not sure why it has than name.

Back to town and drove down to the outlet into Bremer Bay, low tide so very shallow with heaps of Percies.

Hair cut for Wayne, he was looking very scruffy, off to Albany tomorrow.Read more
