Saltburn by the Sea

Spent the day with Karen's parents and family - had a mooch around Redcar - managed to resist a Pacittos ice cream but it wasn't easy.
Stayed overnght at Cat Nab at Saltburn - had our first take-out fish and chips since Tom and Lindsay's wedding many years ago (fish and chips in Blackpool which still lie heavy on the stomach) These were perfect however so we celebrated further by having a drink in The Ship - next to the beach as the heavens opened. Why on earth would you want to buy Sharpes beer (from Cornwall) up here - the best alternative was lager - how depressing is that in a centuries old pub.
Following day went to Dalton Park shopping mall - nuff said - except that a great deal of fruit was bought by D and M for the 2018 christmas cakes - yumBaca lagi
