Winchester

We spent a very relaxing day in Hong Kong - it was raining quite heavily when we woke up so we decided to skip the sightseeing completely for the day - we did not leave our hotel room until 6 pm when we left to go to the airport.
Another night flight but 13 hours this time arriving in London at 5:45am. Our passage through the airport was very rapid and our taxi was waiting in the arrivals hall. We got back to Hazel at 7:45 and all was well. Engine started first time but van felt very cold. Will soon warm up - even at this early hour the sun was burning through the early morning mist. When we arrived at our campsite in Winchester at 9.30am we were told we would have to wait until 12o'clock to get in- that's the rules!!!!! So we waited in the car park and used the time to sort out our luggage.
We are unwinding the time difference over a couple of days before travelling to London to see Stew, Em, Magnus and Jemima. Jemima will be quite different from the baby we said goodbye to in Brisbane in early January and we are looking forward to seeing them all again.もっと詳しく
