Sidmouth

We travelled along the coast to Sidmouth to celebrate the actual date of GG Macs 90th birthday with her and Alan's sister Alison and B in Law Russ. We enjoyed another great fish meal at Neil's restaurant and a couple of bottle of champers.
On Thursday we walked along the south coast path to Budleigh Salterton prior to getting the bus back. The wind was up and the sea quite animated, but the wind was predominantly behind us so the walk was most enjoyable with only the odd shower. We enjoyed a Pebble cake with a cuppa in a coffee house which was a new cake to us.
On Saturday we joined Als, Russ, Tom, Lindsey and family with the two G Grannies at Alison and Russ's house for a pre Xmas celebration. A lovely meal, with good company once again, after which we wished Als and Russ bon-voyage for their imminent journey to see their new grandchild Angus in Sydney.Читать далее
