A joyful day - Magnus phoned to advise us that he now had another little sister, born overnight at home - and he had already had a cuddle.
We travelled round to see our new grandchild for a couple of hours and to offer our congratulations.
Mary Margaret Lewis Maclean, 7lb 8 oz at birth and we met her at 9 hours old. Magnus was quite proud to show off his little sister, but Jemima seemed disinterested! Much more interested in sweeping up and pretending to make a cup of tea!!!!
We returned mid afternoon to Chertsey with our week's planning changed. Now that baby has arrived we will be joining Christmas Day celebrations in Walthamstow, along with Emily's parents and brother. It will be a lively day for sure - very much looking forward to it.もっと詳しく
