Warsash

Day four of our quest to walk The Solent Way. We drove to Beaulieu where we parked up prior to setting off under a sunny and cloudy sky.
We walked first to the north alongside the main road as far as The Royal Oak on the way to Dibden Purlieu - we then retraced our steps to Beaulieu and from there the track to Bucklers Hard. This pathway had been much improved since we used to walk it with our family, it now being stoned up through most of its length, meaning we didn't have to dodge through muddy puddles.
We lunched at Bucklers Hard before continuing onward to the Old Barn at St Leonards.Les mer
