North Baddesley

Easter Saturday saw us having a lazy day in the van with the usual Saturday crossword and paper activity. On Sunday we had arranged to see Stewart and family once again - this time in Bushey Park. As we drove in we were greeted by a large stag grazing by the road side under a partly
cloudy and sunny sky. Stewart et al soon arrived and this time they had brought the picnic. Bushey Park was very flat and quite busy with people all respecting social distancing. Karen had organised an Easter Egg hunt which went down well with the grandchildren and adults alike. Mary was not quite as enthusiastic as her elder brother and sister.
Grandpa and Magnus went off on a deer hunt prior to lunch and Magnus bagged a couple of good shots with Grandpa's camera.
We enjoyed a big pop (fizzy wine) and another brilliant morning and afternoon with our family.
Oh how we have missed seeing them all during this pandemic. We so much appreciated being with them and catching up with all their news.Leggi altro
