Croatia and Northern Italy 24

Well, had plans to get up early and head to Old Town and kill some time before the tour Group Arrives. Today is Day 1 with the Tour Group and we will be spending the next 10 days traveling up the Coast of Croatia and into Northern Italy. My final stop is Venice, but many are going through to Florence. The weather was horrible last night, with high winds and tons of rain. I have a room facing the Adriatic and I woke up to large amounts of water accumulation on my floor. The wind and rain was so powerful that it came under the door to the balcony. No worries though, nothing got damaged. So now I’m just waiting out the bad weather and in the process of transitioning to a new Hotel. So looks like no exploring Old Town Today and I’m told nothing really happens when it rains here because so many shops and restaurants are primarily outside spaces and can really run things when the wind and rain are whipping around.
