Final day in Mumbai, interesting trip to the northern suburbs to meet our cookery instructor Rina at her home. She was a colourful character who showed us how to cook : Tandoori chicken, butter chicken, naan, vegetable pulao, lentil daal, paneer, mixed veg curry.
