Monday April 14. Woke up to this stunning view over Lake Powell and breakfast on the terrace . Today was a rafting trip down the Colorado River and Glen Canyon. As expected, scenic and fascinating. We are so lucky with the weather. Perfect temps and everything is coming into leaf and blossom. By the time we got back it was after 3 and we were starving so checked out an American maccas. similar menu but really exy. $44 US for 2 people. Thats 70 au.!!!! And we didn't have an enormous meal. So weird here. All the diners have unlimited soda, even maccas.
Latest hotel fact. None have coffee cups or glasses or spoons. Just a couple of takeaway cups. We bought a cheap kettle at walmart today. So now we can boil water for a cuppa.En savoir plus
