On our way

Good drive today. Got going by 10:30a and made our stop on south side of St. Louis by 5:30p. Checked in to a Best Western near the Cracker Barrel I had earlier planned to “boaterhome” at. Then walked over to that Cracker Barrel for supper. I think we’ll be able to sleep on the boat tomorrow night, if the temps are warm enuf for the Webasto heater to keep the cabin at a comfortable temp. Gas prices anywhere from 2.75 to 3.18 for regular, along the way! I use my gas buddy app to decide where to stop to gas up. Tomorrow morning we’ll stop near Matthews, Mo, to fill the boat, Gas at a Loves there is 2.55/g, and my rewards app will take another .10/g off! Boat tank holds 100g and I emptied it before storing the boat in the fall. So I always look for the cheapest gas along the way!Leer más
