Wtf is this ghost town ?!

Sunset town on the small island Phu Quoc ... I thought I just grab some lunch in a place where there seemed to be quite few restaurants.... BUT... This is an exact copy of Italy! 90% of the buildings are empty though (no walls or stairs inside), there are no people around...
