Geraldton

Arrive with plenty of time before our 4pm meet up scheduled with Sam (home owner of house and animals we'll be looking after for the next 2 weeks). So have time to find a car wash that will accommodate our ute and caravan. First one we found we wouldn't fit -so try another place - and we do. Roger does a great job getting the ute and caravan cleaned up - cost $25. Now head to the main shopping area of Geraldton, looking for somewhere we can park with the caravan. This takes a while, but we finally find the designated RV parking near the Wharf. Now go in search of a eating place for lunch. Find one no worries.
After our lunch we go to the Tourist Information Centre and look at the Art Gallery here as well. Next find Woolworths to get some groceries - return to our vehicle and van to pack away. Still have plenty of time before we go meet Sam - so go for a walk out on the wharf, quite windy again today.Read more
