Once we get to the track leading into this place, we lower the tyre pressures on the ute to 25psi as it's a rocky, sandy 4WD track. Good 8km drive in to reach the parking area. We stop and have our packed lunch - at the tables provided, and chat with another couple who are having their lunch too, but they've already walked to and through the available cave. So let us know they saw a snake and that we'll need a torch. On reading the info boards before heading for the walk - we realise we should have thought of torches! Oh well - we'll see how we go with Roger's phone torch. Turns out we manage quite well (short cave 150m in the dark?) though we agree it would have been better with proper torches each. Enjoyed this walk very much - only a short one though (1.3km). Once we get back to the ute, we have the rest of our packed food - banana and yoyo each. Then I have the fun of driving back :)Leia mais
