When we arrive we go and check out the 2 caravan parks that Cowell has. The one nearest the main street and jetty area is booked out - and the other one is is a bit too far away from the town. So we pull up just off the main street area of Cowell so we can have some lunch. We have this in our caravan - left over taco mince in a sandwich for Roger, and leftover taco mince on a couple of open toasties for me. This gives Roger the chance to look on Wiki Camps and find that there is a RV Campground just on the outskirts of Cowell we can camp out, as we're not looking for power while we've got cooler weather. Roger goes and fills up the caravan tanks then we find the dump point so our caravan 'housekeeping' is up to date. We decide to go to the RV campground. Once we're settled there we come back into Cowell (ute unhitched) and park so we can walk about the place. Enjoy a stroll up and down the main street - we get milk from the IGA that Roger goes and puts in the Engel in the ute - before wandering out to the marina and Jetty area.
