Rattler Trail Auburn

I head off for my shuffle/jog this morning - while Rog walks into Auburn to do some grocery shopping. I take this Trail for about 4.5km heading towards Riverton. On my return journey - noticed a large snake crossing ahead of me, thankfully not close enough (?) for me to guess at its type! All I found by the time I reached where it crossed was its 'foot prints' - the marks where it slithered.
Glad I didn't leave this exercise for any later in the morning - it's warming up. Will be a lovely day to relax and enjoy a show. I return to our camp before 11am. Roger back too, happily in his camp chair outside listening to a podcast (true crime of course!).Read more
