Yass Scout Group Campground

Our lunch stop. We can't drive in to check the campground (find a picnic table) so we just prepare our lunch on the ute tailgate. Meat and salad sandwich for Roger, a cheese sandwich for me. Followed by fruit (both of us), and Anzac biscuit for Rog.
Roger climbs the gate and goes for a quick look about - comes back to report it's all abit 'run down'.
Head back to Yass, we check out its RV Park (free camp) - it would be a nice spot to stay - handy position and near the river.
Next we go do some grocery shopping at Aldi, before returning to our campsite.Read more
