    Tolmer falls, Lost city, Buley Rock holes and finished at Florence Falls.

    Day 2 we did a hike up Greenant creek to the top of the escarpment for a swim in a natural Infinity pool. After coffee and cake at the cafe we went up walkers creek and checked out the walk in bush camp site and swimming holes.

    Our final day we did Blyth homestead and Tjaynera falls.

    We camped at Oasis caravan park in Palmerston. Stay is for 10 days.

    Tours of NT Museum. Parliament House. Supreme Court. Wartime Museum and Aviation Museum. Of course there is the Chinese temple.

    Experience the sunset on Mindul beach and Dudley point.

    We detoured off the Stuart Hwy and ventured into the Opal mining town of Andamooka and checked out Roxby downs and Womera.

    From Alburn north to Sevenhills to the Jesuits monastery at St Aloysius. We were in search of a white fortified wine. Ended up with 10 year Tawny.

    Up to Quarry lookout onto Mintaro a historical slat mining town.

    And finally Martindale Hall this grand place was the setting for the school college in the movie Pinic at Hanging rock.

    We arrived set up right beside lake Albert winds were around 30knts.

    We had a street walk and hunkered down for the night.

    Woke to a still misty morning off exploring.

    Port Malcom lighthouse only inland lighthouse in the southern hemisphere across the narrows on the ferry to Raukkan the town's church is featured on the 50 dollar note.

    Long point and Marks point campground views across the coorong to young husband peninsula

    Dined indoors again wet and windy night .

  • The Lookouts of The Grampians

    Boroka, The Balconies and The Pinnacle have all have stunning views.

    The 280 metres elevation change in our 5.5 klm Pinnacle walk through the spectacular Grand Canyon past Bridial veil falls and through Silent street to the Oh Wow moment from the lookout.

    Boroka was step out of the car and you are at this lookout over Hall Gap to Stawell on the horizon.

    The Balconies was an easy walk to this panoramic view of Victoria valley.

    Mackenzie Falls viewing platform only 800 metres from the car Park overlooks them and 250 steps to descend to the foot of the falls. What goes down must come up.

    Broken falls is above Mackenzie Falls easy stroll to the lookout.

    2k round trip to stand at the foot of Silverband falls. The name certainly suit in the correct light.

    Beehive falls 2o klm from halls gaps and a easy 2k round trip.

    Took the opportunity for a city stay in South Melbourne Airbnb . As always cakes and pastries were on the menu.
