Kennett Long Barrow

So, made my way up the hill to the long barrow. What an amazing place! To think, it's been there over 5,500 years ( well before I was born!). Its been excavated, and opened so that we can look inside. There were over 40 burials, over a 1,000 year period, children , adults and the elderly; who suffered from arthritis and tooth decay.Читать далее
