Day 3 - Fair Havens

Today was so relaxing driving through the beautiful mountains and countryside of Crete.

Acts 27 describes Paul's journey, as a prisoner, from Caesarea in Palestine to Rome. Paul, in the custody of a centurion, sailed W from Cnidus on an Alexandrian grain ship. the weather forced them to sail on the S side of Crete. They passed Cape Salmone … and took refuge at Fair Havens.
We made our way to the beach of Fair Havens where Paul was ship wrecked and he stayed 15 days.
We moved onto Zafiria beach and market place where we spent 2 hours relaxing and shopping.
After dinner we had our last MM together. Our group will slowly dissolve with some flying back to Australia tomorrow and some moving onto their next part of their holidays. 24 of us are going to Santorini.Read more
