European Train Trip

Just come back from an epic journey around Europe using a an inter rail pass. It was the first time we have ever used one. We bought a 15 days in 2 months pass and spent 44 days visiting 11 different cities, visiting 7 countries Found the app very easy to use, and trains mostly on time.
Best places to visit: Barcelona, Narbonne and Salzburg.
Place we wouldn’t go back to: Berlin
Most surprising place: Hanger 7 museum in Saltzburg, great place for F1 fans and it’s free.
Things we learned.
-For us four night stays works us best giving you plenty of time to explore.
-We prefer apartments to hotels
-Walking tours are your friends
-Plan but try to be flexible.
-Try and arrive in a place while it’s still light so you explore and plan for the next day.
-Make a journal (we used find penguin's)
