Just came across a massive eagle on the road in front of us! We slowed down and watched take off and fly onto the verge next to the car. It was amazing! I was too mesmerized to grab the camera.

Hitting the road at 8am after a morning run earlier into Longreach for coffee. They had an information sign up about local wildlife, birds and plants and I found the melons!
