We researched where to find a cocktail bar and headed to a hidden bar, identified only by the image of a martini glass on a door in an alleyway beside the Hilton called the Hanky Panky Lounge.
Then it was off to Dinner at Ella by Manoli, Darwin.
Minoli de Silva was a contestant on Masterchef Seasons 13 & 14 and opened her first restaurant a year ago.
