    Nice to be greeted by a rainbow this morning

She made the best GF mealThe grounds at Fatima were so much larger than I expectedThe main churchNext stop, Monastery of Santa Maria da VitoriaA Gothic church where the stained glass reflects on the columnsThe walls are massive and the Stations of the Cross so tiny + stained glass reflectionMore good sidewalks, this one in NazareShops along the beachBoats from their fishing daysThey still dry fish the traditional way (it smelled like it)Octopi on this rackLast stop was Obidos, a walled city built by the MoorsA church that now sells books and had Pearl Jam cranked1Zoom in, all the walls were covered with blue tilesBack in Lisbon, a couple cool sculptures

    Day 4

    21 september 2022, Portugal ⋅ 🌙 21 °C

    Today was an organized tour to Fatima, Nazare, and Obidos. Few raindrops on the 30 minute walk to catch the tour, but not enough to break out ponchos. We were treated with a rainbow, third on this trip (other two were on Camino). A full day that ended with a nice meal near our Airbnb.Meer informatie
