    Scary

    12. Oktober 2017 in Deutschland ⋅ ⛅ 16 °C

    Today we went to a little town called HALLSTEIN. Inside the town with only 17 homes inside the town was a slide. At the slide was a ski lift. At the ski lift was a house. At that house was a shop. At the shop we went up the ski lift like a flying car. It was scary. You could see the grassy hill with the toboggan run that was snaking its way down the tall green hill. When we got to the top we walked down to the top of the toboggan run. As dad went down the run I got ready. The run was fun it took 10-12 minutes to get to the bottom. I went down curvy twists and run turns. The steep hills were scary and the tight turns were hard to go slow on. It was super fun.

    After the tobogganing we drove in traffic to EAGLES NEST. This was Hitlers holiday home. He went there 14 times. At thus place we went on a bus ride up the hil. Than we went on a brass lift 124m up. We were on the place were a master mind had walked. It was pretty cool. We had lunch at the house and did a five minute walk that was only 2 minutes. After 2h we came back down a headed two our new home for 3 nights.

    MUNICH

    13. Oktober 2017 in Deutschland ⋅ ⛅ 15 °C

    Today we went on the train to MUNICH. At Munich we saw the RATHAUS. This building is significant because it is the town hall. There was a little show on the building called GLOCKENSPIEL. At the end if the show the little gold bird chirped 3 times. It was cool. After that Findlay wanted to go inside the giant sport shop. After that we went to the top of the tower. The views were magnificent and we could see the giant soccer stadium on the horizon. After having lunch at a BEER HALL. We went to some more soccer shops and Findlay got a shirt, shorts, socks and a cap for BAYERN MUNICH. When we came home we went to the shops got some dinner for the next 2 nights. We came home and did ourtcome work.

    Casle on the hill

    14. Oktober 2017 in Deutschland ⋅ 🌙 16 °C

    Today we drove to the Castles that were built next to each other. One of the castles were the one that the Disney copied off. It was the real thing. The first castle was the one that King Ludwig || lived in with his parents when a child. Soon when he was older he made a new one for just himself to live in. This one was bigger that the old one. After we saw the castles we drove off to a new town. At this town we had lunch and walked around the huge shopping steet. Than we grove calmly home to our home.

    Towns

    16. Oktober 2017 in Deutschland ⋅ ☀️ 20 °C

    Today we went to Dinklsbühl. Here we found some tea and coffy. It was a small little café with a huge detailed painting on it. There was small crystallized suger lumps on the side of our plate with a cute noted tea bag. Soon after we stop at atanother cute town. At this next town it was called Feuchtwangen. Here we found some lunch and three sports shops in the same street. It was at the red building and other colourful buildings around it. Findlay thought it was so hard to resist the deport shops. We took a walk around town and looked at small cute shops and homes. We came back through a nice little park and went home in our car. On the way we stopped at the shopping centre and got dinner.

    Europen Animals

    17. Oktober 2017 in Deutschland ⋅ ☀️ 22 °C

    Today we went to a wild life zoo. It was great. As we walked in we wanted to buy some animal feed so we did. We saw lots of cool new animals that I did no know of. We saw ibises, griffon, eagle owl, red deer, otters, brown bear, lynx, vultures, elk, wolves, sheep, goats, goose, pigs, horses, boors, beavers, rare, ibises, raccoons and ferrets, wildcats, deer and snow dogs. There was a lot. Now I have tired you out I'm going to talk about the animals. The eagle owl had a huge head and a giant wing span. The otters were shy and it took a long time for them to pop out of the little house. But they were cute. The bears were cool. They walked around pulling apples our of the water and were acting human like when one of them went for a dip to get the apple🍎 The lynx were so cute and they spotted everything. They tipped meat from the top of trees. The cultures swooped some people and me!! They were scary. There was bones everywhere. The elks are giant. At the Wolfs there were 30 in the pack of Europen Wolfs. They were so cute and I wanted one myself. The boors were so dirty. We did not get o see the beavers but there was a cool sign that said "DIE BEAVERS" witch is translated to "the beavers". The raccoons were my fave, the best. Theft were as cue as anything and you would want one. The wildcats were doing something so we did not get to see them but that was ok we saw the sleepy snow dogs.Weiterlesen

    WÜrzburg

    Today we went to Wurzburg. We came here with Hannah witch is our new AUPAIR after the holidays. When we got to this small colourful town we went to the Würzburg Residence. At this place we went to the door that is at the end of a very large, blank courtyard. There was amazing room that had painted roofs but it had bits that were 3D. All the room had it. We did walks around the city than we had lunch and I had a Kaiserscharrn. Walk more than came home.Weiterlesen

    Nuremberg

    19. Oktober 2017 in Deutschland ⋅ 🌙 14 °C

    Today Hannah left early in the morning and we set on our journey. We went to NUREMBERG. Today at Nuremberg we walked around and went into the old town and it had a lot of cool shops. We got some staedtler clay that we played around with. We had some sausages and sat under a tree at a beer ha us. Than we did some more walking around and crossing if bridges. Then we saw this giant building that the Nazis built. It was huge. We walked around it and the lake next to it. It took about 1h and 10m to get around the building. Than we drove 2h home.

    Rottenberg

    20. Oktober 2017 in Deutschland ⋅ ⛅ 15 °C

    Today we went to Rottenberg. Here we walked d along the city wall until we came to the end. Walked around on the streets that had not many cars on them. We had lunch near a huge church detailed with flower gardens on either side. We had a kebab for lunch it was super tasty. Than we walked around closer to another church. Then we found yourself near the begging. We walked off down a different road but we did not find much to see so walk all the way back to the car. Then ome time later we were home.

    Berlin

    21. Oktober 2017 in Deutschland ⋅ ⛅ 12 °C

    Today we woke up early to go have more fun. We set off for Berlin, we got delayed because someone locked the keys or the car in the house. The capital city of Germany 3.6m. We drove for a long 5-6h. We stopped for lunch inside a giant wind farm filled with turbines. Than sometime later we were in Berlin. There was shops everywhere. Drove past a huge statue that was above a cute look out over the road. Than we got to our hotel it was super cool.

    Berlin

    22. Oktober 2017 in Deutschland ⋅ ⛅ 12 °C

    Today at Berlin we walked around Checkpoint Charlie. We walked to the Sony Center. Most of the shops were closed but it was still amazing. There were shops everywhere. There was a out door area that had offices, housing and shops in it. This was the biggest centre that I have ever seen. After we walked to Brandenburg gate where we saw some sort of rally going on. We had a curry worst for lunch down the road. So yummy. Than we walked home. After that we went the the wall of Berlin. It was just a small section. It had lots and lots of graffiti art on it. It was super cool. Then we walked another hour home.

    With my aupairs

    28. Oktober 2017 in Australien ⋅ ⛅ 22 °C

    Thay were the best Aupairs I have had. We had pasta that Menas made in her uni. apartment. Than we drove to the longest suspension bridge for walking in the world. It was cool. Dad and I were about the only people not scared out of there pants. We saw the zip line that you could do and the swing bungy jumping. They looked awesome. I wish mum let me go on. But after all I was to young. When we got to Mena's house I got to pat the rabbits. We had a tasty homemade dinner. The breakfast was delicious.than we drove to Mia's house had lunch and dinner with her family. I got to pat the dog/dodge he was so FLUFFY!! We even gave Mia the guitar that we got stickers for to Mia. I loved the last 3 days they were the best of the holiday.Weiterlesen
