Mon March 19th - Going with the flow.

    March 19, 2018 in Australia ⋅ ☀️ 27 °C

With rain forecast from tomorrow afternoon it was easy choice with temperatures of 80 degrees to have another beach day with the resident Shelly Beach Bush Turkeys.

Whilst snorkelling here 'I was got' ..... by a Jimble jellyfish most likely. Relative of the usually lethal Box Jellyfish of more tropical waters. A briefly painful sting that subsided to a less painful irritation for a couple of hours but then left some very dramatic marks. No hospitalization required. 😉

After a couple of hours on the beach and another snorkel it was lunch at Shelly Boathouse. Mmm!
Then after a short break bringing in the washing more fun on the beach playing in the waves on Manly Beach.
Refreshment at Four Pines before meeting Suzie on the Wharf for a brief hello and then back to the flat for supper and a glass or two of red.
