Reflecting back on my experience abroad, it has definitely developed my values and interpersonal skills, as well as help me realize how much more I am capable of than I thought. One of the greatest things studying abroad has helped me gain is my independence and ability to overcome challenges and deal with new and unfamiliar situations. My experience has broadened my understanding of different global perspectives and has helped me realize the importance of building a community, keeping an open mind as well as collaborating with others, while listening to their needs and catering to their wants rather than only thinking about yourself. This especially goes in hand with my professional life when considering the community that you are designing for.Weiterlesen
