    Hallo new home! After three hours of driving from Dublin to Galway I finally arrived in my new accomodation. And what to do first after arriving in a new city? Going to the city centre! And this one is really worth going to! Even though the backdrop to the city was a very Irish, rainy grey, the city buildings shine in all different colours. Right upon arriving you can already hear the street musicians playing in front of Oscar Wilde´s Statue. It is unmistakingly tradition Irish folk music, and what should I say, I am in love with it already. The music followed me all the way through the shop street and The Quays down to the Latin Quarter. There the many restaurants take over and at the end of the Street I got a small glimpse of the Galway Bay and the Wild Atlantic Way. And as I have a cup of Irish Tea in Cupan Tae Cafe ("Cup of Tea" in Irish) I already feel like home.Read more
