Grasmere Take Two

Rest day after 3 big days in the stunning Lakes District. Wordsworth, Gingerbread, Galleries, Arts and Beautiful Books showcasing the stunning surroundings, Jewllery, Coffee, Scones, and Belguim White Beer. Markets with visitors browsing, hikers enjoying the mountains, and many English with their beloved dogs.
Dogs are welcome at most places; pubs, shops, cafes, buses, cafes and I imagine some accomodation.
Small hike up to Silver Howe to stretch out the calves.
Hope to get up early tomorrow to buy some fruit and nuts to hit the C2C again. Looking forward to seeing the next stage, nearing the Dales.Læs mere
