Irish Dublin

Goodbye to Manchester, Hello Ireland and Dublin. A quick visit to Manchester Art Gallery, where I thoroughly enjoyed reading the stories and lives of the artists. Caught the train to the airport and flew in a little rattly noisy plane to Dublin. A late night once we found accomodation and something to eat.
Next day another visit to the Art Gallery before checking out the city, Omgosh i will soon be an artist. Learnt all about Irish Whiskey origins and how it was developed, making people literally 'blind' and buring people alive believing they were dead but only comatosed from alcohol. Thus the 3 day 'wake' was established, if they didn't wake after lying in their open coffin for 3 days they were declared officially dead and then buried. Of course, a whiskey sample or two. A visit to The Irish Potato Famine Museum, very sad. Time then for Irish Stew at Lincoln Inn with an Ale or two.Baca lagi
