    Venice 🇮🇹🎻

    Left England one final time for the last leg of our travels. India has been replaced with Italy due to the ever-growing baby on board!     The Dolomites ⛰

    Picked up our little Fiat 500 and headed north to the mountains! Had a gorgeous few days hiking and exploring the Dolomites mountain range - a breath of fresh air both literally and metaphorically. Such a beautiful time of year with all of the reds and oranges!Læs mere

    Rome 🏛️

    Exploring beautiful Rome 🧡 We stayed a little train ride out of the city to keep costs down, in a rather weird and wonderful Airbnb full of cat pictures and keepsakes 🐱😂 Had a great time wandering the gorgeous streets of Rome and ticking off all of the main attractions whilst eating lots of gelato: The Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Vatican City, Pantheon. Loved this breathtaking city, the food, the history and the glorious sunshine! 🌞Læs mere

    Naples 🍕

    Naples… where apparently we did nothing but eat 😂 Totally different city to anywhere else we’ve been in Italy, feels much more gritty and rustic, less pristine and well polished - but in a really charming way. And without a doubt the best food so far in Italy, possibly the best food anywhere we’ve been all year! Tasty sfogliatelle pastries everywhere keeping up fuelled up for lots more walking 💪🏼 The pizzas were of course the best ever, as well as the pizza frittas (deep fried pizza), and we LOVED learning how to make gnocchi at a little family home 🍝Læs mere

    Pompeii & Mount Vesuvius 🌋

    A very active day (despite the ever-growing baby belly!) exploring the ancient city of Pompeii, then climbing Mount Vesuvius 🌋 Got the train from Naples, and made our own way around both sites. Loved every minute. The sun came out just in time for a hike up the volcano - such a perfect day. Feeling very grateful and slightly emotional as our year of travels begins to come to an end!Læs mere

    Sorrento 🌞

    Our final pit stop! 😢 What an incredible few weeks, and an incredible past year of adventures! Couldn’t think of a more serene place to spend our last few days away. Lots of walking and swimming around the beautiful, rocky coast, and of course lots more eating 🍽️ Reflecting on our amazing trip, and getting excited to start nesting back home ready for our arrival next February 👶🏼 …The next chapter begins!Læs mere
