We visited the Casa de Axolote aquarium today, in the pueblo magico of Chignahuapan. These little critters, axolotls, are so cute! Native to Puebla and Mexico City. There is nothing like having a staring match with an axolotl!🤣😍Meer informatie

Today we had a cooking class in our Airbnb, that used to be a hotel/restaurant/cooking school before the pandemic. The teacher is our wonderful cook, Eufenia! We learned how to make mole Poblano. It's the black mole, but they don't call it that. Mole Poblano always!Meer informatie
