Copenhagen, we love you. One full day did not really allow us enough time to explore this busy, thriving metropolis and all it has to offer. Fortunately we're back again in about a week's time for another full day. We spent the morning on the hop on, hop off bus (aren't they a great way to see a place when you have a limited amount of time), doing a tour of the city and familiarising ourselves with local landmarks/attractions. In the afternoon, we had the added advantage of having our own personalised tour guide who has extensive local knowledge despite living in the city for only about 6 years. Thank you Shaun, it was such a pleasure to catch up with you, Sarah, Marcus, Julian and Seb for lunch and then to have you show us around. We made it back to the ship with 10 minutes to spare (yikes)!! The video is a quick snapshot of the massive expanse that is the royal palace - it is HUGE.
