Living life on the edge!

We chose a late flight so we could enjoy one last hurrah in NYC. And enjoy we did, maybe a little too much we almost missed our flight ✈️ oopsies…Anyway more on that in a bit. We enjoyed a wonderful day of shopping at the Hudson Yards, SoHo and China Town. Had a great slice of pizza because you can’t leave NYC without a slice and rushed through traffic to cross the city and get to Newark 10 min too late to check a bag but met a miracle worker and he helped us get our bag in the next flight so we could rush to our already boarding flight. Going through security we had to fight all the old ladies in their wheel chairs to get through and would you know it Eric’s bag was flagged because of the 5lbs of freshly roasted coffee!!! I had to leave him behind and run to the gate! I get there and they were literally about to close the gate! I made it on the plane and started crying when I realized I didn’t have the keys to the car, Eric did! The flight attendant was super sweet and got me some water and asked if I was ok. I had just finished telling him how my husband didn’t make it on the plane when I look up and 💥 boom here is Eric walking down the aisle without a shoe!!!! The flight attendant moved us up and upgraded our sits!!! All and all 5 stars for united!!!! And best of all the bags made it on the flight too phew!!!😮‍💨Læs mere
