Kas is a lemon pop made in northern Spain. We took a typical afternoon break at a cafe along a reservoir. Afterward we walked by a family of swans, ducks, and even the carp came to eat bread.

We truly milk our Camino opportunity. We have several stops which slow our pace, but lead to so many pleasant shaded spots to rest.

4th of July, so hamburgers, cokes and fries were the perfect thought for lunch.
However the Spanish take it literally and our hamburgers included chopped ham..
