We are on the lookout for our first view of the Sierras. We debated if the high point far in the distance may be Mt Whitney. Only 150 miles and we'll be there
TravelerIf that's Mt Whitney, it looks huge, looming on the horizon. Not much vegetation still - the landscape looks barren.
TravelerShe's the tallest mountain in the lower 48 states. Definitely a big one. Hope that's her and that there isn't another, larger one hiding somewhere 😬
