VVR - Made it by lucky chance

I was working with old information. The 4:45pm ferry I was gunning for now leaves at 3:45pm. I missed it by 15 minutes.

As luck would have it, an older gentleman on the JMT also missed it but was determined to get to VVR tonight. He said if I could organise it through my Garmin Inreach, he would pay the cost of a private ferry trip for both of us.

Mission acomplished! We made it to VVR in time for dinnerLes mer
