Spent the afternoon in OIA and due to a few cruise ships, it was fairly crowded. OIA is a very popular town of Santorini on the northern end of the Island.

Our schedule today included a morning catamaran ride but high winds canceled the trip. We decided to visit Fira, which is the capital of Santorini and we enjoyed much more than Oia. Had a great lunch Czytaj więcej

After lunch, we ventured down to the beach club area to check it out. The high winds along with it being towards the end of the season likely kept the crowds down as one of the more popular clubs Czytaj więcej

Sunset cocktails and dinner in Fira, Santorini last night! Our last night before traveling to Athens for the last couple of days.

Checked out of Astra Suites and had a great stay! Visited Nick at the pool bar waiting for our transportation to the Airport with wine and pizza. Next stop Athens!

Landed in Athens although it was a windy landing! Staying at the King George and a very classy, older hotel. Had dinner nearby at Whispers with a great view of the Acropolis.
Tour of Acropolis

Our private tour of the Acropolis was great! Our guide, Antonia, had her master's in history and archeology and was an Acropolis expert. Our four hour tour included the grounds and the new museum. Czytaj więcej
Tour of Athens

Early evening, we had a golf cart tour of Athens and unfortunately it was cut short due to a civil protest that shut down much of the downtown area. Our guide took us to some other ruins around the Czytaj więcej
