Around the township, very dry, population of 1300 with a total rainfall of 15mls per year, if your lucky

This dugout is owned by our tour driver, very typical home of today, he would like to sell it but won't get what's its worth, it's worth around $400,000. and would be lucky to get half of that!

Went for a walk up to the rim, too difficult as nothing to hang onto, did the smaller one instead, the South Wall, still reasonably difficult.

Went out for the day touring through the beautiful McDonald Ranges, and beautiful is an under statement because you don't expect to see this in the middle of Australia.

Beautiful Gorge and the water is freezing because it's protected from the sun for most of the day due to be surrounded by the ranges.
