The Snow Road

What a day! The sun has shone and the views have been spectacular. We, or should I say Chris, drove the Snow Road. A 43km scenic route that goes over the mountains that the longest tunnel goes through. The road is narrow in places, has many hair pin bends and only has passing places in some areas. Luckily it wasn't too busy today.
At the top is a beautiful landscape of ice, snow, small lakes and a rocky terrain. It just takes your breath away. It was so worth doing.Read more
