    They have been making the same sourdough from the same starter since 1949! Supposedly the san francisco air and water makes for a special breed of bacteria that taste delicious (they do). The way the factory is made, you can see the whole process through glass windows which is really entertaining. There was also a small museum on the history of San Francisco, and their sourdough.
