I got here at 1am our time 7am Germany time. My Aunt n Uncle picked me up. So glad to see them! Had coffee, so yummy!!! Then back in a car for three hours. Ate lunch and took a three hour nap. (I only slept an hour on the flight. Which by the way the flight was amazing!) Then of course I walked to my Mom. It was raining tears from heaven. I finally got to see her! I’m so happy.Read more

I hung out with the Aunts. We looked at old pictures of our family. Then I went with my cousins and his kids to a school event. I was more in all of their black top playground.

First i had breakfast with my cousin’s family and I got to little Noah. Then we baked a cake with my other cousins daughter, Franzi, and my Aunt (her Oma). After, I went to see my very good friend and her family!!! It was Anna’s son’s, Thorben’s birthday! And there was a fire so I took a video so you could see the fire trucks and a police car. After we cleaned the yard and put things back where they belong. I drove by myself to my Aunt’s house. Then rode bikes with my Uncle to my cousin’s house for another party!! I could never keep up with these Germans.Read more

Today my aunt and I walked to my mom. Then she made potato pancakes with apple sauce on top. They were so yummy. Both my aunts and I went to visit my grandparents grave. Then went to the place were Mary came to four girls during War World 2. And Ice cream again! Then off to meet the girls at the shooting range.Read more

Today my aunt and I went shopping. I read my book and took a nap. Then went for a bike ride with my uncle to a man made lake. Rode my bike all the way around. That’s when I sheep and goats eating the grass! This way they don’t have to mow the grass! Then I saw the cutest house on the back back.Read more

We started our day taking a train to Leer. We walked around, went shopping, and ate lunch. We hopped back on the train to go to Norddeich. A town along the water. My mom and aunt took a vacation there in September before she got really sick. Then took the train all the way back home. TravelerRight!!! We went into a 60’s shop where you could buy the clothes. It was amazing. I would have bought all the dresses. I need to lose some weight after these two weeks lol

Birthday Party

Saturday I was so sick. I slept the whole day. Sore throat, fever, chills, runny nose. I hate having a cold. Sunday we had my uncle 70th birthday. I got to see all my aunts n uncles again. Made feel close to my mom. A lot of the neighbors came from where she grew up and kept saying that’s Leni’s daughter. Made me cry. That’s my moms nickname. Then I finished my day with ice cream. Starting my goodbyes

Today I started my goodbyes. I said goodbye to my moms two sisters (my aunts) and my two cousins. I never laughed so much either at dinner. It was a great time. Oh we visited my mom and I thought it was so cute how her sisters are taking care of her grave!Read more
